Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original one-time purchase if you have not substantially consumed the product. As a practical guideline, “substantially consumed” means completing or revealing answers for more than 20% of the paid question content.
Access or quality problems
If a verified technical problem prevents access and we cannot restore it within a reasonable time, or if the delivered product materially differs from its checkout description, contact us even if the usage guideline above has been crossed. We will repair the issue, extend access, or provide an appropriate refund.
What is not refundable
We cannot refund Microsoft exam fees, third-party courses, or other costs not charged through Prep With Proof. A failed certification attempt by itself does not make the product defective because we do not promise a passing outcome. Abuse, bulk extraction, shared access, or a payment dispute opened without first reporting an access problem may affect eligibility, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
How to request one
Use the contact form, choose “Refund request,” and provide the purchase email and order reference. Do not send card or bank credentials. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank and UPI processing times are controlled by the payment networks and merchant-of-record provider.
Mandatory rights
This policy adds a voluntary refund route and does not replace non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
